We create and sell custom pet portraits and personalized artwork made from your uploaded photos.

By using our website or purchasing a product, you confirm that:

3. Our Products

  • All Puptale products are custom-made based on the photo(s) and details you provide.

  • Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Final results may vary slightly in color, size, or design due to digital displays and manual craftsmanship.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that any photo or text you upload is your own or that you have full rights to use it.

4. Order Process & Acceptance

  1. When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.

  2. This does not mean your order has been accepted — we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason (e.g., inappropriate images, payment issues).

  3. Once your order is accepted and in production, you’ll receive an update via email.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices on our website are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices include taxes where required by law.

  • We accept payments through major credit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment methods at checkout.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and rates are provided during checkout.

  • Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on location and carrier delays.

  • Once shipped, Puptale is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, or weather.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because all our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

8. Customer Photos & Artwork Use

By uploading a photo to our website or social media pages, you grant Puptale a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that image (and the resulting artwork) for promotional purposes — such as marketing materials, website galleries, or social media posts.

If you prefer not to have your artwork used, simply email us at info@pup-tale.com after placing your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, designs, images, and artwork — is owned by Puptale or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material without our written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload or submit any offensive, illegal, or infringing content;

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website;

  • Misrepresent yourself or provide false information.

We reserve the right to cancel any order or suspend access for violations of these Terms.
