1. Custom Orders

All items are made to order based on the information and images you provide.

We cannot accept returns or offer full refunds for completed custom artwork unless there is an error on our part.
2. Order Review & Approval

Before printing, we may send you a digital preview of your portrait.

You must review the preview and provide approval within 14 days.

If we do not receive a response within this time, we will assume the preview is approved and proceed with production.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pup-tale.com.

Include your order number and photos of the damage.

We will repair, replace, or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
4. Incorrect Information Provided

If the customer provides incorrect images, text, or other details, we are not responsible for errors in the final product.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before production starts.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
