At Puptale, we take pride in creating custom-made pet portraits with care and attention to detail. This Shipping Policy explains how your order will be processed, packaged, and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Because each item is custom-made, please allow extra time during busy seasons or holidays.

  • Once your order is in production, you will receive a confirmation email.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times (after production) are:

    • Canada: 5–10 business days

    • United States: 7–14 business days

    • International: 10–21 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

  • After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this number to monitor your shipment until it arrives.


5. Shipping Addresses

  • Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Puptale is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • For international shipments, customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pup-tale.com.

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage if applicable.

  • We will work with you to replace or resolve the issue.
